Trademark examination, approval, registration, processing times, and final decisions are controlled by the applicable government authority and are outside Eagle Mark USA’s control.

Payment for our services does not guarantee a successful trademark registration.

3. USPTO Government Fees

Eagle Mark USA service fees are separate from government filing fees.

Government fees charged by the USPTO or other government authorities may vary depending on the application, filing basis, classes of goods or services, and other applicable requirements.

Customers are responsible for applicable government fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written service agreement.

4. Customer Information
