The USPTO charges its own filing fee per class of goods or services, paid directly to the trademark office when you submit. This is separate from our package price above and isn’t something we control or profit from.

How much does it cost to register a trademark?
Our package fee is flat-rate and transparent. The USPTO also charges an official government filing fee per class of goods or services, paid directly to the trademark office upon submission.
How long does the USPTO registration process take?
Once we receive your complete information and payment, we prepare and submit your application within the timeframe of your selected package. After submission, the USPTO issues an official serial number. Processing after that point is outside our control.
What's the difference between the three packages?
The core service is the same — search, preparation, and filing — but higher tiers get faster turnaround, more active monitoring, and added support like office action review.
What if I need to file in more than one class?
Additional classes can be added for a flat $100 per class in service fees, plus the USPTO’s own per-class government filing fee.
